Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services. Refunds are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for refunds depends on the nature of the project and the timeline of the request.
Situations where refunds may be approved include instances where SS40 NETWORK is unable to commence the project or fails to deliver the promised core functionalities outlined in the explicit agreement. Refund requests follow a standard review process that typically takes 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request project cancellations at any given time by submitting a formal written request to our support department.
• Before Project Commencement: Cancellations requested before development or consulting work has begun are usually eligible for a full refund (minus administrative fees).
• During Project Execution: If substantial work has already been completed, cancellations will only qualify for a partial refund or no refund at all, commensurate with the completed milestones.
• Subscriptions: Any ongoing subscriptions for maintenance or retainers must be canceled at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to prevent being charged.
Exceptions
Certain products and services are strictly non-refundable due to their nature. Refunds will generally NOT be provided for:
• Completed digital services and deployed applications.
• Custom software development milestones already approved and delivered.
• Consulting or strategy sessions that have already been conducted.
• Educational subscriptions or training programs that have already been attended by the user.
• Downloadable digital products or assets once access has been granted.
